Research on Internet Financial Regulatory Innovation in China

As an emerging form of financial innovation, Internet finance will inevitably break through the boundary traditional in process innovation. Therefore, how to adapt supervision characteristics and balance innovation have presented a new issue regulatory authorities. Based on connotation finance, this paper analyzes current development status China, problems industry, such as imperfect laws regulations, chaotic institutions, loss technology talent, information disclosure. Finally, from three aspects legal system, puts forward series moderate effective suggestions system internal mechanism so promote stable Internet.
